Pam Hagge

Owner and Co-Founder of Marigold ONE11

Pam Hagge is the Owner and Co-Founder of Marigold ONE11, a forward-thinking digital marketing, AI and IT consulting firm specializing in enhanced internal operations and growth in customer engagement. She is also Co-Owner of Daisy Digital, a comprehensive "business in a box" technology solution for small to medium businesses.

Before Marigold ONE11, Pam was a Shareholder and Principal at Harbinger Partners, a regional IT staffing firm, and Vice President and Director of Marketing at SilverStone Group, a HUB International company. Her three decades of executive experience have positively impacted the community and the industries she supports.

Pam is driven by the “marigold effect,” encouraging growth and collaboration across industries. Her community involvement includes co-founding AI Omaha and serving on AIM’s Advanced Leaders Steering Committee, alongside previous board roles with Owens Educational Services, Women in Technology of the Heartland, and the Visiting Nurse Association. 

Pam is a Certified Life Coach and a proud Nebraska native. She has called Omaha home for 37 years and shares her life with husband, Marty. Together, they have three children, five grandchildren, and a rescue dog, Kaci.

Renee Franklin

For the past 25 years, Renee Franklin has channeled her underlying passion for equity through professional and personal commitments toward helping create just that type of community.

 

She is a transformative executive whose skills have been demonstrated in CEO, Executive Director, and Board Chair roles in national, regional, and local organizations.  She is most recognized for beginning and revitalizing impactful initiatives, supporting organizations through crisis, and propelling nationally recognized programs.

 

Holding a Master of Public Administration and certifications from both Harvard and CFRE International, she has guided organizations including Muscular Dystrophy, Kids Can Community Center, Nonprofit Association of the Midlands, Komen Nebraska, Leadership Omaha, Learning Community, and AIM Institute and Association of the Midlands, Leadership Alumni Association, Komen Nebraska and AIM Institute.   

 

Her organizational development and leadership expertise continue to shape sustainable and innovative initiatives through her nonprofit consultant organization, Eener Enterprises, LLC. Renee enjoys traveling and photography.  She and Steve also enjoy spending time with their 4 rescue dogs.
